The Greeley Stampede annual Search for the Gold pin program has begun. For just $2 you could win a new GMC Canyon 4x4 truck courtesy of GMC and Weld County Garage while supporting local high school students.
The 2005 Greeley Stampede pin is a high quality metal pin with the Stampede logo and year. Even if your pin is not a gold winner, you will have a great pin to proudly wear during the Stampede's 11-day celebration. If your pin happens to be one of the solid gold (colored) pins, be sure to turn it in and register for your chance to win one of ten fantastic prizes.
Proceeds from the pin program benefit the Stampede Foundation Scholarship Program, so it's for a great cause as well! Every high school in Weld and Larimer Counties is annually awarded a scholarship. Last year more than $20,000 in scholarships was awarded!
Pins may be purchased at any Greeley Wells Fargo location and Stampede Box Offices including the Greeley Mall, Bittersweet Plaza and the main box office in Island Grove Regional Park. Stampede Outriders will also be selling pins during the entire Stampede celebration.
