2021 Parade Application

If you do not receive a confirmation email within ten minutes of completing your form (be sure to check your junk folder!), please send an email to parades@greeleystampede.org to confirm your entry. If the webpage does not display a "Thank You" message after you submit your form, then your entry has not been received.

Insurance Information

Every Entry must provide this information. Please mail to 600 N. 14th Ave., Greeley, CO 80631 or email a PDF to parades@greeleystampede.org.
You must provide the Greeley Stampede with a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $500,000. This certificate must show the Greeley Stampede as an additional insured. A current insurance certificate for each vehicle to be entered in the parade must also be included.
