Wrangler Application

The Wranglers, Inc. started out as a handful of members in 1977. Currently they have about 300 active members. The Wranglers, Inc. is a support group for the GREELEY STAMPEDE. The event runs for approximately 2 weeks from the end of June to the first week of July.

WRANGLERS are required to meet certain minimum guidelines:

  • The time commitment required of a WRANGLER varies depending on the areas signed up to work. All the time committed you can give will be appreciated. The WRANGLER is expected to help in any area that may be short-handed, even if it is not their assigned area.
  • THE WRANGLERS, INC. is a professional organization. Members are expected to behave in a professional manner. The WRANGLER Organization takes a lot of time and dedication. We hope you will thoroughly consider the time commitment involved before submitting your application.
  • Being a WRANGLER Member DOES NOT GUARANTEE FREE ADMISSION TO STAMPEDE EVENTS!
  • There is no guarantee that an applicant will be accepted—all applicants, 18 years of age or older, will have interview process and orientation to become a Wrangler. First year dues waived 2019; includes Wrangler uniform.

WRANGLER-IN-TRAINING is a program where individuals 16 - 17 years old can volunteer for 1-2 years working with other Wranglers to see if they would like to become a Wrangler. WIT’s with 40 hours per year for 2 years qualify for Wrangler Scholarships.

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION TO JOIN THE WRANGLERS, INC.
