Parade Application

Use the links below to submit your 2019 parade entry.Print out the PDFs at the bottom of the page to mail in your application. Contact Kent Heckel at parades@greeleystampede.org with any questions.

2019 Parade Application

If you do not receive a confirmation email within ten minutes of completing your form, please send an email to parades@greeleystampede.org to confirm your entry. If the webpage does not display a "Thank You" message after you submit your form, then your entry has not been received.

Every entry must complete this section.

Dimensions of your entry:
(Note that the maximum height of your entry CANNOT exceed 13 feet. Anything taller will not clear the overhead power lines.  The maximum length of your entry, including all components, cannot exceed 70 feet.)

Vehicle information

Complete only if your entry will include vehicles. For more than one driver, please send drivers license and a copy of vehicle insurance to parades@greeleystampede.org.

Float information

Please describe the basic float you are envisioning. Include the number of people you expect to have riding on the float and the number of people who will walk along with the float.

Equestrian Information

Complete this section only if your have an equestrian entry.
(You must have two outriders for every hitch)


Complete only if your entry will include novelty items such as go-karts, tractors or something not included in any other section above.
Please describe the basic idea for the entry.

Marching Band Information


Every Entry must provide this information.
Please provide 250 - 300 words to describe your entry.  This will be read at the announcer stands during the parade and should describe your entry, your organization, and anything you think the audience would find interesting about your entry.


Every Entry must provide this information. Please mail to 600 N 14th Ave Greeley, CO 80631 or email PDF to parades@greeleystampede.org.
You must provide the Greeley Stampede with a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $500,000. This certificate must show the Greeley Stampede as an additional insured. A current insurance certificate for each vehicle to be entered in the parade must also be included.
