Mutton Bustin Lottery

Mutton bustin' is always a fan favorite during rodeos! Enter your buckaroo's name into the Greeley Stampede's annual lottery-style drawing for the chance to ride sheep during a Greeley Stampede PRCA rodeo! More than 700 will enter, only 60 lucky mutton busters will be chosen.

1. Only one entry per child. Multiple entries will not be considered for the drawing. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest will open May 2. Winning entries will be randomly drawn after June 4. The parents or guardians of winning mutton busters will be contacted directly by phone no later than June 10th. Winning participant and their parents or guardians must be available to attend the rodeo date they are drawn for. Performances are June 25-June 30.
3. $30 entry fee must be paid in order to participate.
4. Contest is open to children ages 5-7 and under 55 pounds. Participants must be in the eligible age range at the time of the Greeley Stampede (June 23 through July 4).
5. No re-rides offered. Participants who miss their selected rodeo date or choose not to ride their sheep will not be given an alternate date. If selected mutton busters would like to practice or want more sheep riding opportunities, the Sheep Stampede is open daily during the Greeley Stampede.
