Arena Event Safety Measures

ALL TICKETED ARENA CONCERTS, RODEOS AND DEMOLITION DERBY ARE CLEAR BAG EVENTS.

Please refer to the clear bag policy for additional information.

STAMPEDE PARK BAG POLICY

  • Allowed: All persons, small bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to security inspection at park entrances and also at any time on the Stampede grounds. Bags larger than 6.5" long x 3" wide and 4.5" high (approximately clutch-sized) must be inspected prior to park entry.
  • Not Allowed: Bags larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. Strollers larger than 36" x 52". Suitcases, coolers, backpacks, glass, and all other items currently listed on our Prohibited Items list for a complete list of items not allowed at the Greeley Stampede.

GATES OPEN

Arena gates will open one hour before the starting time of an event. We encourage guests to arrive as early as they can to ensure ample time with clear bag check.

WATER BOTTLE POLICY

Greeley Stampede guests are allowed to bring one (1) 20 oz. or smaller factory sealed water bottle and/or one (1) empty water bottle (non-glass) that can be filled inside the event grounds. Water fountains are located inside the Stampede Event Center.

All persons and items may be subject to security inspection at park entrances and also at any time on Stampede grounds.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted in any City of Greeley or Weld County building or Arena Grandstands. Guests may smoke outside any building in accordance with building signage.

Stampede Park Bag Policy

  • Allowed: All persons, small bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to security inspection at park entrances and also at any time on the Stampede grounds. Bags larger than 6.5" long x 3" wide and 4.5" high (approximately clutch-sized) must be inspected prior to park entry.

Prohibited Items - Grounds

The following items are strictly prohibited on grounds:
  • Gang clothing or symbols
  • Selfie sticks
  • Drones
  • Bikes, skateboards, roller blades/skates, and hover boards
  • Pepper spray/mace
  • Open Carry firearms
  • Knives with blades larger than 3 1/2 inches
  • Laser pointers
  • Outside food and beverages (non-water), coolers, bottles or cans
  • Professional camera/video equipment
  • Filming with iPads/tablets
  • GoPro-style cameras
  • Non-service animals
  • Unapproved promotional materials and signage
  • Unapproved service and merchandise sales
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by management

Stampede Arena Clear Bag Policy

  • Allowed: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" long x 6" wide x 12" high, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar), one small clutch bag no larger than 6.5" long x 3" wide x 4.5" high with or without handle can be taken into the arena.
  • Not Allowed: All non-clear bags larger than 6.5" x 3" x 4.5", clear bags that are larger than 12" x 6" x 12", color tinted or mesh bags. See Prohibited Items lists for all items not allowed at the Greeley Stampede
  • Exceptions: Diaper bags smaller than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high are permitted, but must accompany a child and will be searched. Medically necessary items that do not fit into a bag that is 6.5" long x 3" wide x 4.5" high. Exceptions are subject to search.
