ADA Accommodations

The Greeley Stampede is committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the event, including guests with disabilities. To accommodate guests who are disabled, the Greeley Stampede offers the following:

  • 15 minute drop off zone located on A Street near the Splash Park.
  • Parking for guests displaying a state issued handicapped placard or license plate in 11th Avenue and 14th Avenue Lots. For more information on Greeley Stampede parking and rates, call 970-356-7787. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Accessible seating options located on the west concourse of the Arena. For more information on accessible seating, please call the Ticket Office at 970-356-7787.
  • Elevators for Stampede Arena Clubhouse level are by gate 7.

ADA Seating

Permanent accommodations for wheelchair seating are available just behind boxes 13-22. The wheelchair ramp is located on the southwest side of the arena near gate 5.

Wheelchair and accessible seating tickets are available through the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office. Companion seating is also available for purchase in each of the wheelchair seating sections. Contact the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office at 970-356-7787 for more information and availability.

Age Restrictions

For all arena events, guests two years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of three years may sit in a ticketed guest’s lap.

Alcoholic Beverage Policies

The Greeley Stampede and our partners strongly encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. A summary of alcohol policies is listed below:

  • Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the Greeley Stampede may be denied entry to the event. Any guest found intoxicated within the Greeley Stampede or causing a disturbance as determined by management will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
  • The Greeley Stampede does not allow alcohol (including bottled wine) to leave the park.
  • The following four documents are the only valid unexpired forms of identification acceptable by Greeley Stampede drink vendors:
    • Current, valid Driver’s license
    • Current, valid State ID w/photo
    • Current, valid Military ID w/photo
    • Current, valid Passport
  • Greeley Stampede management reserves the right to eject any individuals under the age of 21 who illegally purchase, possess or consume alcohol or are visibly intoxicated. These individuals are also subject to citation or arrest by Greeley Police.
  • Individuals providing alcohol to those under 21 will also be ejected and subject to citation or arrest by Greeley Police.
  • The cutoff time for alcohol sales is 30 minutes before park closing time. Please contact any Guest Relations staff for more information. Alcohol cutoff times are subject to change without notice.
  • Guests found with alcohol brought from outside the facility will be ejected and subject to citation.
  • The Greeley Stampede has partnered with Smart Rides to offer safe and convenient taxi services. Smart Ride guests will be dropped off in the middle of the park near the southwest corner of the carnival on D Street and will be able to wait for the next available taxi service ride there too. Call or text Smart Rides dispatch at 970-347-9791. Right Coast Pizza also as shuttle service to/from downtown Greeley.


Greeley Stampede welcomes service animals utilized by Guests with disabilities. Any service animal that displays vicious behavior towards other Guests or employees may be denied entry or asked to leave the facility.

ATMs - Automated Tellers

There are ATMs located at each entrance of the park and throughout the grounds.

Audio/Video Recording Devices

Audio/video recording is generally prohibited for all concerts and special events. For information regarding specific show policies, please contact us at 970-356-7787. Greeley Stampede will not provide storage for such items.

Autograph Session

Immediately following every rodeo performance, visit Gate 7 for a chance to get an autograph from rodeo royalty, the Stampede mascots, rodeo bull fighters and clowns, and even rodeo athletes.


Behind the Chutes Tours

Offered 90 minutes before every PRCA Rodeo performance.

Bicycle Parking

There are bicycle racks located on Greeley Stampede grounds near 11th Avenue and Poudre Trail entrances. No bicycles are allowed in the park.

Show your helmet and bike to the ticket booth to receive free admission to the park and a Kaiser Permanente water bottle (while supplies last).

Cameras/Video Equipment

Fans are welcome to bring personal, point and shoot cameras into the Greeley Stampede. Cameras with telephoto or interchangeable/detachable lenses and external flash (professional photography equipment) are not permitted at any time. Lenses cannot be longer than three inches. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, monopods, bipods, tripods and selfie sticks are also not permitted. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.


Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests may be denied entry into the facility until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the facility wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane or offensive by management will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found or the solutions do not meet the satisfaction of management, the Guest may be ejected from the facility.

All Greeley Stampede Guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest by Greeley Police.

Ejected Guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Standing on chairs/seats/tables/platforms/railings.
  • Drunk, intoxication or disorderly conduct.
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight.
  • Interference with the event or participants of the event in any way.
  • Throwing, tossing or discharging any object.
  • Using profanity and/or other offensive words and gestures.
  • Harassing, taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, performers, other Guests or staff.
  • Entering a restricted area, seating area or disabled seating platform without the proper ticket.
  • Disturbing other patrons’ enjoyment of the event.
  • Failing to comply with facility personnel.
  • Violating Greeley Stampede rules, regulations and policies.
  • Violating any local, state or federal laws.

Greeley Stampede management reserves the right to deny entry or eject patrons from the facility including Guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management.

Compliments, Comments, Concerns

During an event, Guests are encouraged to express any compliments, comments or concerns at our main Ticket Office or with any Guest Relations employee. After an event, please email to give feedback.

Cursing / Offensive Language

Cursing or the use of offensive language is prohibited at all times. Guests cursing or using offensive language may be ejected from the facility.


Diaper Changing Stations

Diaper changing stations are located in all men’s, women’s and family restrooms.

Disruptive Behavior

Fans experiencing displeasure at Greeley Stampede events due to unpleasant, rowdy, harassing or otherwise obnoxious fans in their seating section may notify the nearest Greeley Stampede staff member of the issue.

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains are located in the Events Center, Buckle club, and near restrooms in the arena.



Attending an event at the Greeley Stampede is something that should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. The goal is to avoid ejections or arrests whenever possible. However, it is of primary importance that each Guest is able to enjoy a quality experience while in attendance. Therefore, a code of conduct is enforced which emphasizes good sportsmanship and generally accepted standards of behavior. Season ticket members are responsible for the actions of their Guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets.


Passenger elevators are intended for use by Guests with Skybox or Clubhouse tickets. They are located at gate 7 of the arena.

Entry to Field of Play/Performance Area

Any Guests attempting to or actually entering a field of play or performance area will be immediately ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution by Greeley Police.


Family Restrooms

These facilities are larger, private restrooms with changing tables for use by families with small children. There are two located on the main level of the Buckle Club.


Any Guests involved in a physical or verbal altercation are subject to ejection, citation and Greeley Police arrest. If a patron(s) is ejected from the venue for fighting, the patron may be banned per league requirements from all related events for a period of at least one year or longer. If fighting occurs, fans may notify the nearest Greeley Stampede staff member of the issue.

First Aid Station

The first aid station is staffed by medical personnel and is located outside of the west grandstands. Paramedics are available during all events at the first aid station and regularly patrol the Arena. Please contact any usher for assistance.

Lost and Found

Greeley Stampede provides lost and found services for its Guests from the Security Office. Found items should be taken to this locations or given to a Guest Relations staff member. During an event, Guests should visit the Security Office to inquire about lost items. After an event, to check on or claim a lost and found item, please call 970--356-7787. Lost and found items will be logged and kept for 14 calendar days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after the two-week holding period. Greeley Stampede management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.

Lost Child/Guest Identification Program

Should you get separated from your child or others in your party, you should proceed to the Security Office. Guest Relations staff will accompany lost Guests to either of these locations and keep in contact with other staff members in the building to ensure the party is reunited.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

We do not refund lost tickets, but if proof is provided they were stolen we will accommodate accordingly.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and security of our Guests, the following items are not permitted into the event:

  • Outside alcohol (see ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICIES)
  • Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, etc.)
  • Cans
  • Outside food/beverages
  • Weapons (i.e. knives, pepper spray and other aerosols, stun-guns, any concealed weapons (without a permit), knives with more than 3.5" blades, firearms, etc.)
  • Laser pointers/pens
  • Hard case containers (coolers, briefcases, etc.)
  • Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • External flash camera units
  • Interchangeable/detachable camera lens
  • Audio/video recording devices including, but not limited to, Google Glass and other similar technology
  • Camera monopods/bipods/tripods, selfie sticks
  • Drones and other unmanned aerial devices
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Any form of marijuana used for smoking or consumption
  • Chemicals
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
  • Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, equipment bags, etc.
  • Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, ice skates, or any mobility device if not used for ADA compliance.
  • Regulation size sports equipment including, but not limited to hockey and lacrosse sticks
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, stickers, etc.
  • Any other devices that may potentially interfere with, harm, and/or distract any sports or event participant, other Guest, audio or audio/ visual telecast or recording of the game, or any technology-related service provided by the venue.
  • Other items as determined by facility management

Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by case basis. Management is not able to hold items for Guest and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at the Greeley Stampede All bags, jackets and Guests are subject to search upon entering.

Recording Devices

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices.


There are restrooms located throughout the park and in the Events Center, The Buckle Club, and Arena.


This Greeley Independence Day 5K Run/Walk is not a Stampede hosted event. Please visit to register for the race and for more information.


Scalping or Re-Selling Tickets at the Greeley Stampede

It is illegal to buy or sell any ticket for any event at the Greeley Stampede. Anyone caught attempting to sell in the restricted area will be prosecuted and, if a season ticket holder, face revocation of season tickets. Greeley Stampede does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from third parties and reserves the right to refuse entry for duplicate, stolen or inauthentic tickets.

It is prohibited to solicit contributions or to distribute literature on property without written approval. A fine will be issued for clean-up expenses of unauthorized literature. Those soliciting contributions or distributing literature without approval are subject to citation or arrest.

Throwing Objects/Projectiles

Throwing objects within the facility is prohibited. Guests found throwing any object within the facility may be ejected and subject to Greeley Police arrest.

Ticket Policies

Greeley Stampede Season Tickets

Greeley Stampede season tickets may be purchased on a renewal basis for either all 5 concert performances or all 6 rodeo performances. Season Ticket Holders will also be allowed to pre-purchase other tickets for the Greeley Stampede events when renewing season tickets.

Season Ticket Account Holder Definition

The name(s) stated on all account holder information denotes the name of the ticket holder(s) on file.

1. For account holder protection, we will only accept name and address changes, transfer requests and inquiries from the account holder(s) of record.

2. Season tickets that are held in a company name, in a family name or business must designate an authorized person to make changes to the account.

3. The account holder of record is liable for any losses or damages caused by prohibited conduct, including liability to: Greeley Stampede for any unauthorized sale, advertised resale or misuse of Greeley Stampede tickets.

4. The Greeley Stampede suggests that you carefully read both sides of the tickets.

Change of address

If the mailing address of an account holder changes, The Greeley Stampede requires a written request be made via email to or regular mail to the Greeley Stampede 600 N. 14th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631. The account holder of record is the only authorized person to make address changes to the account.

Resale of Greeley Stampede Season Tickets

The redistribution of account holder tickets to family and friends without the intent of selling tickets at a profit is authorized. Reselling/giving away of Greeley Stampede tickets is prohibited at Island Grove Regional Park during the Greeley Stampede Annual Event and will result in forfeiture of all current and future season ticket rights and privileges.

Seat Change Requests

The Greeley Stampede to provide the best possible seats for all season ticket holders. It is important to understand we have very little forfeiture in our season tickets. We generally do not know what seat movement will happen until after the payment deadline has passed. We will review all change requests and attempt to change as many seats as possible. This will happen based on when the request was submitted. All improvements are dependent upon better seats becoming available. If we are unable to handle your request, your tickets will stay in the original seating location.

Transferring of Season Tickets

Greeley Stampede Season Tickets may be transferred to family members or other individuals ONLY with the written consent of the account holder named on the account. If two or more names appear as account holders, then it will be necessary for ALL named account holders to provide written consent to transfer season tickets to another individual. Tickets may be transferred at any time during the year. Once a written consent is submitted to the ticket office, account ownership will be effective immediately. In the event of the death of the account holder before written consent can be obtained, the following procedures will be followed in order to transfer the deceased account holder’s tickets:

a. Account Holders Final Will & Testament – If the deceased account holder has included the transfer of his/her Greeley Stampede tickets in their will to a spouse, domestic partner, person with whom they are joined in a civil union, or to a child, the tickets will be transferred to the individual identified.

b. To surviving spouse, domestic partner, or person with whom the account holder was joined in a civil union, even if not included in a will (appropriate documentation may be required).

c. To the children of the account holder - If no final will or spouse is available for the ticket transfer, then the surviving children will be offered the opportunity for the transfer of the account holder’s tickets. If the children of the account holder are unable to agree on the disposition of the tickets then tickets will revert back to the Greeley Stampede.

The transfer recipient must provide the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office Manager or Greeley Stampede General Manager with information as well as identification and the appropriate paperwork to show relation to the deceased along with written notice updating the account contact information.

Transfer of Business-Owned Tickets

Tickets may be transferred from a business-owned entity to an individual account holder if the business ceases operation. In this case, proper legal documentation must be provided in order to complete the transfer. Please contact the Greeley Stampede ticket office for details on the transfer of business owned tickets.

Divorce Settlement

Upon divorce or separation, the Greeley Stampede will honor a stipulation authorizing retention or transfer of tickets to one or both of the parties. Without stipulation or agreement, the tickets shall revert to the Greeley Stampede who shall have the right to divide the tickets between the parties or they will revert back to the Greeley Stampede if the parties are unable to reach an agreement.

Unauthorized Transfer of Season Tickets

The Greeley Stampede remains committed to the fans on the Season Ticket Waiting List. For this reason, the current ticket policy strictly prohibits any transfer of season tickets except in the limited circumstances outlined above. Any unauthorized transfer of season tickets, or any attempt to circumvent the official ticket policy on the transfer of the Greeley Stampede season tickets, will result in a violation of the Greeley Stampede Ticket Policy, which may result in the revocation of season tickets and season ticket holder privileges.

Invoice Payments/Due Dates

Season Ticket invoices are mailed annually in early November and full payment is due by the date on the invoice for the next year’s event. Invoices are mailed once the event calendar is set and is not based on the announcement of the concerts. Failure to pay your invoice by this due date will result in the loss of your season ticket renewal privileges.

Season Ticket Policy

The Greeley Stampede reserves the right to revise the ticket policy at any time. The current ticket policy is available on the official web site at Season ticket holders may also contact the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office and request a copy of the policy be mailed to them.

General Ticket Information

All tickets for the Greeley Stampede can be purchased by phone at 970-356-7787, at the ticket office, TicketsWest or online at

Accessible Seating

Please contact the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office for information on accessible seating. Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee accessible seating will be available for all performances. The resale or transfer of accessible seating is prohibited. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding the misuse of these tickets which may result in the relocation or revocation of tickets without refund.

Child Seating Policy

Children under the age of 2 years old do not require a ticket for Greeley Stampede events, provided they are able to sit on the lap of the adult accompanying them. Children who have reached their 2nd birthday are required to have a ticket to attend any performance at the Greely Stampede. Some events do have a child’s price ticket.

Fan Code of Conduct

The Greeley Stampede is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience. Irresponsible conduct will not be tolerated at the Greeley Stampede Event. In some cases, may result in arrest and/or ejection from the premises. The following will not be tolerated:

- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.

- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol/drug impairment resulting in irresponsible behavior.

- Foul or abusive language or obscene or gang related gestures.

- Interference with the performance (including throwing objects into the arena or on stage).

- Failing to follow instructions from Greeley Stampede personnel.

- Verbal and physical harassment of fans.

- Any other conduct deemed to be beyond the bounds of reason.

Repeat violations of the above policy will result in the permanent revocation of season tickets, regardless of whether or not the spectators or violators using the tickets are the season ticket holders of record.

Refunds & Exchanges

The Greeley Stampede has a strict NO refunds or exchanges policy. All sales are final once the order has been processed.

The schedule of the Greeley Stampede is subject to change.

Replacement Ticket Policy

In the event that a ticket has been stolen and needs to be replaced, it must be done in the manner specified below. Only the account holder of record, with proper identification (driver’s license, passport, or state identification card) can obtain replacement ticket(s) and replacement tickets may only be obtained at the ticket office windows. Replacement tickets will not be mailed. In the case of stolen ticket(s), a police report must be filed with the agency having jurisdiction where the theft occurred. The police report must contain the season ticket holder of record's name, the season ticket account number, the exact section, row and seat(s) that were stolen and which performances(s) the tickets were stolen for. A copy of the police report must be presented to the Greeley Stampede Ticket Office prior to the issuance of replacement tickets. The Greeley Stampede reserves the right to charge a processing fee of $10.00 per ticket for unprinted PRINT at HOME tickets at the sole decision of the Ticket Office Manager or its staff

Resale of Greeley Stampede Tickets

The Greeley Stampede remains committed to its guests. For this reason, the current ticket policy strictly prohibits any transfer of tickets through any third party companies or individuals. The Greeley Stampede will not be responsible for notifying those who have not purchased ticket directly through the appropriate avenues of purchase of any changes in dates, times or tickets. It is not the responsibility Greeley Stampede to honor tickets not received through purchase or gift, if found not valid or not purchased through the Greeley Stampede’s authorized direct avenues of purchase. The redistribution of account holder tickets to family and friends without the intent of selling tickets at a profit is authorized. Reselling/giving away of Greeley Stampede tickets is prohibited at Island Grove Regional Park during the Greeley Stampede Annual Event and will result in forfeiture of all current and future ticket rights and privileges. Any unauthorized transfer of tickets, or any attempt to defraud the official ticket policy in regards to a transfer of tickets will be seen as fraudulent and tickets will not be issued by the Greeley Stampede.

Will Call

You may choose to have your tickets left at will call at the Greeley Stampede Ticket Offices. The customer picking up these tickets must present a valid photo ID (that matches the name of ticket account) for tickets to be issued. Tickets that have been designated as will call tickets can be picked up at any of our 4 Ticket Offices during event park hours or the main ticket office inside the park during regular business hours. The main ticket office will also remain open until 1 ½ hours after the arena event has started during the event. Tickets not picked up are not eligible for a refund or credit, these tickets are considered already purchased.

Behind the Chutes Tour sign up occurs at window 6 of the main ticket office beginning 2 hours prior to each PRCA rodeo performance.




Will Call

Tickets left in Will Call may be picked up beginning two hours prior to an event. Guests will be asked to provide a picture ID corresponding to the name of the person under which the tickets are held.

Visit this free attraction located off of 14th Avenue south of the Food Court for relaxation and a quiet place to enjoy the event!
