A Lego® Building Competition and Festival
Same Great Festival…New Name!

Do you love Lego®? Are you a master builder with unique ideas?

If so, please join us for a fun and competitive day of Lego® building! We would love to see what you can create in just four hours!

Not interested in competing? There will be plenty to do and see for those not signed up for the competition, including building zones, contests and games, and displays by the Denver and Colorado/Wyoming User’s Groups.

Registration for the Second Annual Brickies Creation Festival™ at the Greeley Stampede opens on Monday, April 24th, 2023 at 9am.

Children, adults, and families are encouraged to come and show off their skills. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in each category.

Date of Event: Saturday, June 24, 2023

Where: Events Center in Island Grove Regional Park, Greeley, CO

Registration: Registration opens on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 9am
Registration closes on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 4pm

Day of Schedule: 10:30am – 11:30am – Check-in for preregistered participants
12pm – 4pm – Building and creation
4pm – 5pm – Judging
5pm – 6pm Awards ceremony

Categories: Adult (ages 16 – 100+)
Family (maximum of 4 family members per team one of which must be an adult)
Child (ages 9 -15)

In the Adult and Child category, participants may enter as an individual or as a team of two.
Maximum of 7 individuals/teams per category.

Basic Info:
– All participants must be registered prior to May 24, 2023.
– Participants will be notified between May 24 - May 31, 2023 as to whether or not they are one of the first seven applicants excepted for the Brickies Creation Festival™.
– All applicants not accepted will be placed on a waitlist in the event that a chosen participant is not able to attend.
– A mandatory meeting for all participants will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. This meeting will provide all the details for the competition and festival.
– Each individual/team will be given with a ticket and parking pass for the day of the event.
– Each individual/team will be given a table, chairs and a boxed set of Lego®. Participants will have four hours to create an original creation that adheres to the TBA theme.
– At 4pm, a jury will judge each creation on the same criteria.
– An Awards Ceremony will begin at 5pm and awards will be given for 1st and 2nd place in each category.

Please Note: Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the Festival. The Greeley Stampede and the NOLA Creative Company are not responsible for the supervision of participants.
