Vendor Applications for 2026 will open in the fall of 2025.

2025 Schedule for Vendors

Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 - Vendor Application Opens for 2025 Spaces

Saturday, February 1st, 2025 - Vendor Application Closes for 2025 Spaces

Saturday, March 1st, 2025 - Vendors will be Notified if they have a Space in the 2025 Event

*Dates to be aware of if accepted*

Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 - Signed Contract & 50% Deposit DUE
Thursday, May 1st, 2025 - Insurance, Sales Tax, and Health Department License DUE
Friday, May 2nd, 2025 - Dismissal of any vendor missing paperwork

Selection Process

All applications go through a selection process. Applicants are not decided on a first come, first served basis. However, returning vendors are given special consideration. Location is determined by the Vendor Coordinator.

Applications are reviewed and selections are offered based on the following criteria:

Product balance within the park
Uniqueness and appeal of product
Attractiveness of display

This award is presented to a newer vendor who shined for the event. This vender was popular, offered a great menu, and maintained a clean space.

Southern Soul

A+++ Award

This award is presented to the vendor who holds high standards throughout the entire event for their space and is set up and maintained beautifully. In addition, the winner met all the admin deadlines prior to the event. (Three pluses for three areas of satisfaction)

Oompah Tacos

2024 People’s Taste Award

This award is presented to a vendor whom the people choose. Voting was available to the public and voted on during the event.

Capone's Concessions

2024 Royal Taste Award

This year, we are encouraging vendors to create a carnival food masterpiece using the official food of the event, the potato. Honoring the legacy of the potato farmers and the name sake of the original Stampede, the Spud Rodeo, the potato has a rich history in Northern Colorado.
