We are excited to begin preparing for the 2026 Greeley Stampede!

Vendor Applications for 2026 will open OCTOBER 1st, 2025.

The Community Booth Application will become available in March of 2026.

Sunday, February 1st, 2026 - Vendor Application Closes for 2026 Vending Spaces

Monday, March 16th, 2026 - Vendors will be notified of decisions.

Insurance: Vendors agree to purchase, provide and keep in effect during the term of this agreement an insurance policy, or rider to its existing policy with the Stampede and its agents, servants, officers, and employees named as additional insured, which will provide coverage in the amount of $500,000.00 per Occurrence and $500,000.00 Aggregate. Vendors agree to provide a certificate of insurance to the Stampede that attests to the existence of a policy or policies proving coverage described in this paragraph.

Vendors are prohibited from selling ANY items that do not comply with the approved bag policy or are listed under prohibited items. The Greeley Stampede has a parkwide clear bag policy in effect.

Subleasing is strictly prohibited.

Selection Process

All applications go through a selection process. Applicants are not decided on a first come, first served basis. 2025 vendors in good standing will receive priority consideration for selection and placement at the 2026 Greeley Stampede. All locations are determined by the Vendor Coordinator.

Applications are reviewed and selections are offered based on the following criteria:

Product balance/saturation within the park
Uniqueness and appeal of product
Attractiveness of display

This award is presented to a newer vendor who shined for the event. This vender was popular, offered a great menu, and maintained a clean space.

This award is presented to the vendor who holds high standards throughout the entire event for their space and is set up and maintained beautifully. In addition, the winner met all the admin deadlines prior to the event. (Three pluses for three areas of satisfaction)

This award is presented to a vendor whom the people choose. Voting was available to the public and voted on during the event.

The Greeley Stampede is challenging food vendors to create a NEW menu item. To keep our event experience fresh, exciting, and delicious, we’re challenging each participating food vendor to create one brand-new menu item exclusively for this year’s event! This item should showcase your creativity, highlight your unique style, and give attendees something they’ve never tried before. The food vendor that can create the tastiest dish, will be awarded the Royal Taste Award.
