Insurance: Vendors agree to purchase, provide and keep in effect during the term of this agreement an insurance policy, or rider to its existing policy with the Stampede and its agents, servants, officers, and employees named as additional insured, which will provide coverage in the amount of $500,000 per Occurrence and $500,000 Aggregate. Vendors agree to provide a certificate of insurance to the Stampede that attests to the existence of a policy or policies proving coverage described in this paragraph.
Vendors are prohibited from selling ANY items that do not comply with the approved bag policy or any prohibited items. The Greeley Stampede has a parkwide clear bag policy in effect.
