One $2,500 scholarship will be awarded to a
competitive member of a College Rodeo Team
. Applications will open September 1st, 2023 and the
scholarship winner will be selected prior to the start of the spring semester
2024 (January)
Applications for the Fall 2023 Rodeo Scholarship must be submitted by midnight on October 31st, 2023
Requirements:
o
A
competitive member of a Colorado collegiate rodeo team or a graduate from a
Weld County High School currently competing on a collegiate rodeo team.
o
Has competed in at least 4 NIRA rodeos
during the 2022-23 Season
o
Minimum GPA of 3.0
o
Enrolled as a Full-time student (12 credit
hours)
o
Scholarship is for the 2023-2024 academic
year
