The first arena event of the 95th Annual Greeley Stampede was kicked off by PRCA Xtreme Bulls sponsored by Bank of Colorado. The evening agenda included introduction of the fifty cowboys competing in this popular Bull Riding event, flag presentation by 2016 Miss Rodeo Colorado, Madelaine Mills, and National Anthem by Michelle Scallon and Rebecca Moch with sign language by Cheri Wolfe.
Announcers Hadley Barrett and Will Rasmussen with Barrelman Justin Rumford and Cowboy Protectors Wacy Munsell, Brandon Loden and Dustin Konig informed and entertained thousands of spectators in the award-winning Greeley Stampede arena.
The PRCA Xtreme Bulls Tour showcases the top PRCA’s bull riders and some of the rankest bulls the world has to offer with thanks to renowned stock contractors Beutler & Sons Rodeo Company. Former world champions Cody Teel and Shane Proctor competed alongside Weld County locals Jacob Smith from La Salle and Cody Johansen from Kersey.

Rodeo fun continues in the arena on Saturday June 25 at 11am with Kids Rodeo sponsored by John Elway Dodge Ram, which is free to the public with park admission. Sunday, June 26 at 1pm is American Bullfighting with special entertainment from Austin Wahlert. The PRCA Pro Rodeo series commences on Monday, June 27 -June 30, and July 2 with finals on July 3.
