Now Accepting National Anthem Contest Entries

Got pipes? The Greeley Stampede is now accepting entries for the 3rd Annual National Anthem Contest for a chance to sing the National Anthem before an arena event.

To enter, submit a video of you or a group of 5 or less singing the “Star Spangled Banner” online at Contestants will have the opportunity to sing the National Anthem to kick-off American Bull Fighting, PRCA Xtreme Bulls, PRCA Pro Rodeo, or at the Demolition Derby.

Winners will be selected online via public voting. The five audition videos with the most votes will be invited to sing at one of the events. During the voting period, visit to vote.

“This is another way that our community can be involved in the event,” said Promotions Coordinator, Katie Geist. “The local talent that has performed the last few years has truly blown us away!”

Important Dates:
Video Submission Period: April 25 – May 17, 2017
Voting Period: May 19 – June 4, 2017
Winners Announced: June 5, 2017

ABOUT THE GREELEY STAMPEDE: The Greeley Stampede, a 501(c)4 nonprofit corporation, is the Colorado’s premiere summer western celebration. This longstanding event has grown in diversity and popularity since its inception and has provided music and rodeo entertainment to hundreds of thousands of people every summer. The Stampede was inducted in the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2014 and the event was named 2015 Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) Mountain States Large Rodeo of the Year.
