Bartenders are the face of the Stampede; making sure our patrons have a fun, safe and enjoyable experience is our top priority. We are looking for high-energy, outgoing, friendly, personable people with excellent communication skills to serve beverages to our customers.
Bartenders must be available to work a minimum of five (5) shifts during the event (ranging from 4-12 hours long depending on daily events and needs)Bar Back - Greeley Stampede Bar Backs are beverage employees who support the Stampede Bartenders, Bar Leads, and Bar Supervisors. Their role is to ensure that bartenders have all the necessary tools and items they need during beverage service hours to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Bar Back shifts will be during peak hours of the event. Hours may not be fixed; shifts will range from daily setup time through “volume,” meaning that once the bar begins to slow down, bar backs may be phased out. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of five (5) shifts
Ice Krew - The Greeley Stampede Ice Program is a vital part of the Greeley Stampede Beverage Program. We are looking for a team of 5-6 hardworking individuals to execute all ice program needs for the duration of the annual event. Ice Crew members will sell bags of ice to Stampede vendors, fill ice merchandisers each day, and tub ice to all necessary Stampede outlets in order to meet the needs and objectives of the Beverage Program.
Ice Crew shifts will typically be before park open hours, with some evening shifts. Must be available to work a minimum of six (6) shifts between June 20th and July 8th.Beverage Admin Assistant -
The Greeley Stampede Beverage Administrative Assistant is a seasonal position in the Stampede Beverage Program. The position will work business hours from late-May through mid-July. This position will help oversee over 150+ beverage staff, be responsible for day-to-day organizational tasks, and facilitate efficient communication in order to meet the goals and objectives of the Greeley Stampede. The Administrative Assistant(s) will build hiring packets, complete employment paperwork, assist with staff scheduling, finalize beverage staff time sheets, compute inventory sheets, track beverage orders, and more.
We are looking for one or two (1-2) highly organized and motivated individual(s) to fill this seasonable beverage position; one as the “AM Admin” from May 26-July 13 and one as the “PM Admin” from June 22-July 7
Warehouse Associate -
The Greeley Stampede Beverage Warehouse Associate Team is a team of ~10 individuals who will assist with the setup of bar outlets, control and execute the movement of beverage inventory, and assist the Greeley Stampede Warehouse Manager with operations before, during, and after the Greeley Stampede Event. The Associate Team will act as delivery workers during the event. Teams will load, transport, and deliver beverage product to bar outlets throughout Island Grove in order to meet the needs and objectives of the Beverage Program. Heavy lifting will be required frequently for this position.
Team members must be available to work a minimum of seven (7) shifts between Saturday, June 20 th and Thursday, July 9 th (28 potential shifts available). Shift length may vary based on beverage needs and daily events.
